CORONA / COVID19 Policy

We have updated our returns policies due to COVID19, please be sure to return your items in accordance with the policy outlined below:

  • An email with your order number must be sent to closetluxeboutique@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivered date in regards to any problems that you have with any of the garments in the order, all orders are tracked daily and placed on a window calendar for returns

  • Items must be sent back within 10 days of the delivery date, this includes weekends and holidays – also, you must provide a tracking number.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are completely non-returnable.

  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories (fashion jewelry, handbags, shoes, belts, hats, gloves, etc) are completely non-returnable.

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code, unless item was completely out of stock at the time of purchase. You will be granted a full refund of the item. All other items will be completed and shipped through regular process.

  • Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered.

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email us directly at closetluxeboutique@gmail.com

  • All returns must be confirmed via email before shipment.

  • When sending back items from multiple orders, please send an email for each order with the order number in the subject.

  • Closet Luxe Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns
